The primitives the plane, cloud and cluster commands are built from

### Synopsis

Expert and debug surface. These drive a cloud or a cluster directly with
the credentials you hold, and need no management plane:

create, delete build or destroy a cluster from a document, from here
scale resize a cluster's autoscaled pool
install install a management plane into a cluster you can reach
cloud-account register a role by hand, without `cloud connect`
aws prepare an AWS account: bootstrap, policy, verify, diff

The normal path is `kubox plane`, `kubox cloud` and `kubox cluster`, which
call these underneath. Reach for these when that path cannot help: a
cluster no plane manages, a plane being built for the first time, or a
failure that needs the layer below.
