# kubox admin scale

> Resize a cluster's autoscaled pool

Resize a cluster's autoscaled pool

### Synopsis

Removes the nodes named in --remove-nodes, then adds or removes nodes until
the pool has --size. Nothing else in the cluster changes. Build the cluster
first.

kubox admin scale -f cluster.yaml --pool sandboxes --size 2
kubox admin scale -f cluster.yaml --pool sandboxes --size 1 \
\--remove-nodes ip-10-0-1-23

Remove idle nodes by name: without names, the newest go first. To replace
workers that never joined the cluster, list the ones that did:

kubox admin scale -f cluster.yaml --pool sandboxes --size 2 \
\--replace-unregistered --registered-nodes ip-10-0-1-23

```
kubox admin scale [flags]
```
